About

I started my fitness journey because I was very weak, I did not have a fit body, and I was not happy with my overall fitness level. There was lots of room for improvement, and I knew that nothing would change if I didn’t put in some effort. I couldn’t even imagine that one day, I would be competing in bodybuilding shows and winning trophies. But we all need to start somewhere, and so I decided to take the first step.
My starting goal was to get stronger and add some shape to my physique, and I quickly learned that consistency was the key to achieving results. I realized that my potential is limitless as long as I am willing to keep working and learning; then, I would continue to improve.
It’s not always easy to be consistent with nutrition and exercise, but I already know how it feels to be unfit, and the effort of improving yourself is a lot more rewarding than the feeling of disappointment of not trying.
As I became more experienced and knowledgeable, I reached my goals quicker and continued to make new ones. I started helping others, got certified as a personal training specialist and started training clients at fitness centers. Then I transitioned to training clients in their homes, online training, and competitors of all categories. Now I have over 10 years’ experience working with clients of all ages and different fitness levels.
As the fitness industry keeps evolving, my clients do not have to guess or wonder on what diet plans or training methods to use for optimal results. Thru my years of experience, trial and error, and up-to-date knowledge on relevant material, I am eager to share it with my clients. I take pride in working in an industry that I truly enjoy each and every day. I am very grateful that I can positively impact people’s lives through our sessions and personalized programs.

Bodybuilding

My first bodybuilding competition was at the age of 26, where I was working with a very experienced bodybuilder who helped me tremendously. I learned limitless information and advice about nutrition, posing, supplements and all the necessities required to be a competitive bodybuilder. After taking 5th place in a class of almost 20 competitors at my first heavyweight bodybuilding show, I was hungry to come back next year and win.
I continued to diet and train hard and made improvements that I set out for myself. As promised, I came back to win 1st place in two heavyweight competitions the next year. I loved the challenge, but it’s definitely not a walk in the park to continuously make improvements that take a great amount of dedication and consistency. But it was worth every minute to me. The journey and the outcome of looking your best is what transpired me to successfully compete for 7 years, with over 20 bodybuilding competitions, mostly in the superheavyweight division.
I have achieved a feeling of contentment. However, my bodybuilding and fitness journey is far from over; I have many aspirations and future endeavors that I am constantly pursuing and working towards improvement.
