What to expect?
Our session will start off with getting to know each other, I would like to learn about your short term and long term goals, your past history relating to fitness, injuries, current diet and more. After the assessment, I will give you my expertise on how to best achieve your goal and I will provide a timeline based on, physical activity and diet commitment. You will then receive a customized workout and nutrition plan; it’s not a copy and paste job but the best content to fit your needs.
During the sessions I will evaluate how the progress is going and if we are on schedule with the timeline. To avoid a plateau, a new workout program, diet plan or training techniques will be implemented every few months and possibly sooner depending on your progress.
Depending on your goal, our sessions will consist of a warm up, cool down, stretching, a variation of exercises and routines. I am well-versed with optimal hypertrophy techniques like supersetting, drop sets, cluster sets, progressive overload, and more, all designed to obtain your ultimate fitness goal in the fastest and safest way possible.
You don’t need to have gym equipment in your home, but if you do, that’s great! I will bring exercise equipment with me that will guarantee to challenge any fitness level. I will create a formula catered to you that guarantees results, giving you the maximum return for your investment in time and effort. My intention is for all my clients to succeed. Therefore, my advice is always genuine and meaningful.
