Nutrition Plan

I will create a customized diet based on your goal, lifestyle and preference. I will take into consideration allergies, work schedule, and more.

Workout Program

It does not matter what your fitness level is or how much experience you have in the gym. I will make sure the program you receive will fit your criteria.

Tracking your progression and updates

I will send you a questionnaire that you will use for weekly check-ins. I use that information to track your progress and adjust your training and diet. I will also require weekly pictures (front, side and back), preferably the same spot, to visually assess your progression. You will receive adjustments to your training and diet based on your results.

Communication

I am always available to communicate with you via email or text regarding any fitness-related questions you might have. I strongly encourage consistent communication to make sure you stay on track with your goals. My support and guidance are always available.
