"I have known Stan for the past 6 years and to be honestly truthful he is my only go to person when it's in regards to my nutrition and exercise. Stan has helped me loose a significant amount of weight through out the years and has helped me to achieve a goal that I didn’t think was possible and that was to step on figure competition stage for the first time. "My experience working with Stan was absolutely phenomenal. I always struggled with weight and had dreams of competing in bodybuilding.
