Virtual in home personal training is the safest method of training in the comfort of your home while maintaining social distancing, particularly for high risk clients. This method of in home training is very similar to having a personal trainer in your home, but the only difference is that we will use either Facetime, Skype, Zoom or WhatsApp as a video conferencing tool. A customized diet plan and workout plan is included.
